Return Process

Notify damaged or wrong shipments within 48 hours. The MTS team reviews within 24 hours and arranges free return shipping with our partner courier.

  1. Open the order you want to return from My Account → My Orders section.
  2. Click the Start Return button next to the relevant item.
  3. Select the return reason (wrong shipment, damage, quality, etc.) and enter the quantity.
  4. The MTS team reviews the request within 24 hours and sends an approval e-mail.
  5. After approval, products are picked up free of charge by our partner courier.
  6. Once accepted, the amount is credited to your account or a return invoice is issued.

Damaged or missing item reports must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
